All personal data collected as part of the functioning of the Gallery are processed with respect for the rights of the persons to whom they relate and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal Of Law 2016.922.)
2. Personal data provided by the User are processed in order to perform the agreement, which the User is a party for accounting purposes or for the purpose and scope covered by the consent of the data subject.
3. Providing personal data and consent to their processing, including in the registration process is voluntary, however, the lack of consent may prevent the services provided within the Gallery from being implemented.
4. The User’s data may be made available to authorized entities only without prior consent, on the basis of applicable law.
5. Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Gallery, in particular to the Sellers only in the cases indicated by the Service Provider and with the explicit consent of the User. The transfer of data is aimed at the implementation of the contract concluded by the User.
6. Each person whose personal data is processed has the right to inspect the data, obtain information about the scope of their processing, the right to update, correct or request deletion.
